We are excited to share some important and positive news with you. WSA Fraternal Life (WSA) has entered into a definitive agreement to join BetterLife, a member-founded, member-owned organization. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
Joining BetterLife reflects WSA’s commitment to better meet the challenges of today by combining the two organizations’ financial strength and fraternal resources. Upon completion, WSA Fraternal Life and BetterLife will move forward together with a shared mission to help members protect their families' financial futures, build better lives, and better their communities. WSA’s members will have the opportunity to explore the benefits that BetterLife’s larger structure offers.

Following legal close, WSA Fraternal Life will become part of BetterLife and continue to maintain its lodges, scholarship program, charitable giving initiatives, and local activities. BetterLife will provide financial strength, operational support, and long-term stability to help sustain the traditions that have defined WSA since its founding. Members will be able to continue to participate in the same fraternal activities and programs they value today.

BetterLife and WSA Fraternal Life currently expect the transaction to close December 2026, pending regulatory approval, with full integration anticipated by September 2027.
